Borscht with cheese

A tasty soup of beans, cabbage, tomatoes and peppers.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Cut the cleaned peppers, cabbage, beans and pumpkin into small pieces
2. Put them in boiling broth and cook until semi-soft
3. Then add a light roux of butter and plain flour, stir it well in the soup, add salt and pepper and stir in the steamed, peeled and diced tomatoes
