Recipe from Hungary for a soup made from boiled beef and chicken, frozen vegetable mixture and other ingredients.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut beef and chicken into larger cubes and cook until semi-soft
2. Add frozen Vegetable Recipes, finely chopped cleaned onion and celery to the cooked meat
3. Simmer for another 30 minutes, then remove some of the broth, boil the noodles and put the cooked noodles back into the soup.
Recommendation:
Serve this soup with slices of white wine.
