Boiled cauliflower with fried breadcrumbs, potatoes

Cooked cauliflower florets served topped with fried breadcrumbs and boiled potatoes.

Ingredients:

1 piece medium sized cauliflower 2 tablespoons of clarified butter 1 jar breadcrumbs water salt For potatoes: 500 g of potatoes 1.5 l water 1 tsp of cinnamon 1 tsp salt Other: chopped green parsley for garnish

Procedure:

Thoroughly rinse the cauliflower and break it into individual florets, then place them in lightly salted water to cook for about 10-12 minutes

While the cauliflower is cooking, fry the breadcrumbs in a pan in clarified butter

Serve the cooked, drained cauliflower liberally sprinkled with the fried breadcrumbs, along with the cooked potatoes brushed with butter and sprinkled with chopped green parsley.

Potato preparation:

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into larger cubes, rinse them thoroughly again, then drain thoroughly

.Put the drained potatoes in a pot and pour cold water over them

Salt the water, season with cumin and boil for about 15 minutes until soft

Finally, drain the potatoes and serve.
