Boiled Beef Hash

Recipe for using up beef from the broth. The just cooked meat from the beef soup can be used for a tasty hash that can be served with, for example, boiled potatoes and homemade chalamade.

Ingredients:

750 g of cooked beef

2 dl beef broth 2 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs onions 1 pcs onions breadcrumbs Mayonnaise lard pepper salt

Procedure:

Grind or divide the cooked meat into strands and chop finely, add soaked rolls in stock, fried onions. Stir everything together, pour in the rest of the broth, season with marjoram, garlic, salt and pepper.

Grease a baking dish with melted lard, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, spread the mixture.

Bake at 180 °C until a crust begins to form on the surface.

Recommendation:

Serve the hash with mashed potatoes and homemade chalamade.
