Minced meat seasoned with curry, together with tomatoes and almonds baked in the oven covered with eggs beaten together with milk.

Procedure:
1. Chop the onion finely and fry it in butter, add tomatoes cut into quarters and fry for 5 minutes
2. Then add the minced meat, stock and curry powder and simmer under a lid for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. Then transfer to a baking dish, add salt, pepper and chopped almonds
4. Whisk the eggs and milk and pour over the meat in the baking dish, place in the oven and bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes until the mixture is firm
