Blueberry dessert with mascarpone

250 g Mascarpone 250 g soft cottage cheese 100 g powdered sugar 1 pk clear gelatin 240 g children’s round biscuits 150 g blueberries or other fruit (frozen or fresh)

Fresh dessert in a jar:

In a bowl, I whipped the mascarpone together with the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until smooth.

I placed baby biscuits in the bottom of the prepared jars, placed blueberries on top of the biscuits (in this case I had frozen blueberries) and placed the mascarpone cream, soft cottage cheese and icing sugar on top of the blueberries.
3.
I drizzled the cream with the clear gelatin I made as directed and stirred the blueberries into it, then poured the gelatin over the cream and let it cool.
4.
I put the filled jars in the refrigerator to harden.
