White filling
600 ml milk 2 packets cream pudding 500 ml 16 % sour cream 1 packet stiffener 2 packets vanilla sugar 2 PL caster sugar 1 PL rum
Dark filling
4 eggs 2 tbsp Nutella 1 tbsp granulated sugar 2 tbsp cocoa 250 g butter or hera
Oil
100 g chocolate 3 tbsp whipping cream candies for decoration

Beat the egg yolks with the caster sugar. Add the semi-coarse flour with baking powder, sifted cocoa and oil and lukewarm water a tablespoon at a time. Stir lightly and add the egg white mixture to bake 2x chocolate sheet. Bake 1 slice at 180-200°C- 30 minutes.

Prepare white filling. Spread on the first slice of cake, drizzled with rum.

Chocolate filling. Remove from heat and while still warm, stir in butter or HERU and add rum.

Spread the 1st filling lightly over the top, cover with the second slice and brush with a little of the chocolate filling.

Pour over the chocolate frosting and decorate with decorative candies.
