Biscuit omelettes

ingredients

4 pcs egg 80 g powdered sugar 20 g butter 100 g plain flour 100 g apricot jam

step

1.

Mix the egg yolks with half the sugar and the melted butter. Then add the beaten egg whites and the other half of the sugar and lightly stir in the flour

Divide the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet into 4 balls. Spread with a spatula into a circle and bake.

Turn the omelettes over and brush the bottom with jam, fold over and sprinkle with sugar.
