Biscuit cake with chocolate

600 g butter biscuits 100 g dark chocolate 100 g white chocolate 100 g ground hazelnuts 100 g chopped hazelnuts 600 ml orange juice 200 g butter 50 g hazelnut cream 100 g icing sugar 2 pcs whipped cream powder chocolate for decoration

Prepare a mould with a diameter of 26 cm. Grind 300 g of butter biscuits in a chopper and break 300 g into smaller pieces. In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter with the icing sugar and hazelnut cream.

Place the biscuits, hazelnuts, chopped white and dark chocolate in a large bowl. Add the creamed butter mix everything together while progressively adding the orange juice. Put the finished mixture into the cake tin and smooth. Top with whipped cream and decorate with chocolate. Leave in the fridge to set for a couple of hours(preferably overnight) to soften the biscuits.
