Sour cabbage with apples and raisins, stewed under the lid, covered with light beer, suitable as a side dish for various meats.

Procedure:
1. In a large pot, heat the lard, add the onion cut into rings and let it froth, then add the sauerkraut and diced apples and simmer for 5 minutes without adding water
2. Then add bay leaves, raisins and pour beer and simmer for 50 minutes under a lid on low heat.
3. Serve as a side dish with meats.
