Beetroot stew with cream

Recipe from Russia for stewed beetroot.

Ingredients:

500 g of beetroot 40 g butter 1 pc carrots 1 pc parsley (or piece of celery) 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp smooth flour 1/4 l sour cream bean list ocet salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the cleaned Vegetable Recipes into noodles, cover with a little water and simmer with butter and vinegar under a lid until almost tender
2. Then dust the Vegetable Recipes with flour, stir well, pour in sour cream, sweeten, salt, add bay leaves and simmer for 10 minutes more.
