6 servings salt 3 cloves garlic to taste, 2 – ground pepper 50 g walnuts – chopped 80 g sour cream approx. walnuts for decoration 250 g beetroot – cooked and peeled 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or you can add more cream and no mayonnaise
