Beetroot salad with horseradish II. recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vinegar crystal sugar 1 packet cumin grated horseradish 2 kg beetroot
Recipe preparation
1 Rinse the beetroot and boil it with the skin. Peel and finely grate the cooled beetroot and finely grate the horseradish. Add the horseradish to the beetroot, pour in a cup of cold water (not too much juice, just enough to dissolve the sugar), add the cumin, sugar and vinegar.
TIP: Special vinegar for salads
2 Stir and leave to stand for a few hours to dissolve the sugar. 3 Then stir, taste and, if necessary, adjust the sugar content, season with more vinegar or add horseradish.
