1 pk beetroot 3 pk egg 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp mustard salt ground black pepper
procedure
1. Boil the beetroot in the skin until soft. Remove the beetroot and leave to cool. 2. 3. Peel the beetroot and grate finely. Grate the boiled eggs in the same way. 4. Stir in the mayonnaise and mustard, stir and if you like, you can blend everything (I didn’t blend as I like my beetroot in chunks). 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate overnight (or at least 2 hours). Enjoy!
