Beef with pumpkin sauce

800 g beef tenderloin 400 g pumpkin 1 pk onion 1 clove garlic 700 ml vegetable broth to taste salt, ground black pepper a little oil
procedure
1. Wash the meat, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Fry it in a frying pan in hot oil and place it in a baking dish. Add the diced pumpkin, peeled garlic and chopped onion. Pour 1/2 of the broth over everything and place in the oven. Bake the meat at 200°C until tender. 2. Remove the meat, put the pumpkin, garlic and onions and the stock into a pot. Add the remaining stock, let the sauce come to the boil and blend with a stick blender. 3. Cut the cooked meat into thin slices and serve with the sauce poured over it.
