Beef Tongue Soup
Soup of beef, pork or veal tongue.

Procedure:
1. Place the beef tongue in hot water and boil whole
2. Add all root Vegetable Recipes (carrots, celery, parsley) 3. Boil beef tongue for about 3 hours, pork or veal only about 1 hour
4. Once tongue is soft, cut it into pieces including Vegetable Recipes and season with salt, pepper, or other spices

Recommendation:
– The Vegetable Recipes can be added to the soup, cut into pieces, 15 minutes before the soup is finished, but of course you can also use frozen ones.
