800 g beef tenderloin 120 g oak trees 300 ml cooking cream 2 tbsp fresh herbs a little olive oil
procedure
1. Wash the beef tenderloin, clean and lightly fry the whole in a frying pan in a little oil. Chop the herbs finely, add salt and pepper and coat the tenderloin in it. 2. Fry the finely chopped garlic and mushrooms in hot oil and cook the mixture together. Pour in the cream, season with salt,pepper and simmer. 3. Cut the roasted meat into slices, serve with sauce and potato chips.
