There are many recipes for steak tartare made from real sirloin. Here we present you one of the proven variants for beef tartare made from scraped or ground beef. Instead of real sirloin, you can also use beef leg or beef butt.

Serve toast and onions with the meat. If you want a spicier tartare, season it with more chilli sauce or tabasco seasoning. If you are afraid, you can skip the raw egg yolks!
Note:
About 100 g of tartar sauce per person is enough for the starter, but for the main dish in combination with toast and garlic, count on 200 g.
