Beef Tacos

Tacos are actually Mexican corn tortillas, which are smaller than the classic tortillas, about 10 cm in diameter. They are served warm, bent into a horseshoe shape and filled with various fillings.

Procedure:
1. In a frying pan, fry the onion in oil with chopped garlic, chopped peppers, add the minced meat, season with chilli, salt and pepper
2. When the meat is soft, add the canned beans and chopped tomatoes and chopped cilantro
3. Heat the corn tortillas in the microwave, fill the warmed taco tortillas with the mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese, serve immediately.
Note:
Hot taco patties can be bought in stores, similar to tortillas. In Mexican-style restaurants, you get tacos in special stands, and there is often salsa as a side dish.
