Procedure:
1. Cut the cleaned, slightly tenderized beef (beef front) into pieces and cook with the bones
2. Boil the liver together with the meat (whole!)
3. Slice the Vegetable Recipes and fry them until golden brown in a pan
4. Pour some of the boiling soup over the Vegetable Recipes, boil for a while and add them to the soup 15 minutes before boiling
5. When the meat is tender, pull out the bones and liver
6. Cut the liver into pieces and put back into the soup
7. If you want to add the stock, pull out all the meat and boil the stock
8. Finally, add salt, pepper and parsley or leeks to the soup.
Recommendation:
You can add mushrooms or a few sprigs of cauliflower or Brussels sprouts to the soup. All these ingredients should be added to the soup 15 minutes before boiling to prevent them from boiling over.
