Beef soup with liver gnocchi

500 g beef bone 1 pk onion 1 bunch of root Vegetable Recipes 1 clove garlic parsley whole black pepper salt water

100 g coarse flour 100 g beef liver 1 pk egg 1/2 pk onion 1/2 clove garlic minced black pepper salt

1. Put the beef bones to boil in cold water. After an hour, add the Vegetable Recipes, whole onion, garlic and salt. Continue to cook slowly for another hour. Then strain the soup, boil the liver gnocchi in it. 2. For the gnocchi, chop the liver and mince it with the onion and garlic in a food mill. Season with salt and pepper and stir. Stir the egg and flour into the mixture and leave to rest for a while. Use a spoon to scoop out small gnocchi from the mixture and drop into the boiling soup. Before serving, add the chopped parsley to the soup.
