4 servings 2 onions larger salt plain flour thickened ground pepper 600 g of beef – legs, thighs, forelegs,… To taste 300 g paprika – preferably coloured 700 ml beef stock or broth, approx. 1 tbsp steak seasoning without salt red chilli to taste – no oil or salt required 2 tbsp ground sweet paprika – can be a combination of sweet and hot
Recipe preparation
1 Fry the chopped onion in oil, add the chopped salted and peppered meat, fry until golden, stirring occasionally. After frying, sprinkle with paprika and spices, fry a little and pour in the stock. Cook until almost tender.

2 Just before the end of the cooking process, add the sliced peppers and a piece of chilli and cook until soft. Be careful not to overcook the peppers. Thicken in plain flour dissolved in a little cold water and bring to the boil, adding salt or pepper to the sauce if necessary.
