Ingredients:

Procedure:
Rinse the beef, drain then cut into larger pieces, place in a large pot with about 2.5 quarts of cold water, add the turkey bones and bring everything to a boil
Add the spices and Vegetable Recipes, partially cover the pot with a lid, let it boil for at least 3 hours, but preferably even longer, i.e.
Drain the hot broth through the thickest strainer (or you can line the strainer with a clean cloth, washed in hot water and wrung out properly)

In this prepared broth, boil the yeast dumplings, then add the chopped cooked meat and Vegetable Recipes to the soup.
Preparation of yeast dumplings:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the yeast until compact, let cool for a while
.Add one whole egg, a teaspoon of salt, crushed garlic, marjoram, parsley, pepper, gradually add breadcrumbs until the mass is suitable for forming dumplings
Shape dumplings, put them in boiling soup and cook until they float.
