Bear garlic fritters

Bear garlic is a healthy and versatile spring vegetable. Try flavouring a classic egg fry with it.

1. Beat eggs in a pint, add chopped bear garlic, milk, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper the mixture, beat thoroughly with a fork
2. Heat the oil in a pan, pour the mixture into the pan with a small ladle and fry until golden brown on both sides
3. Spread the bread with mustard, top with fried bread, garnish with onion rings, pepperoni rings, pepper strips and serve warm immediately.
