2 handfuls bear garlic 70 g salted pistachios 100 g Grana Padano cheese 1 KL lemon zest 1 KL honey to taste salt, ground black pepper 150 ml olive oil
procedure
1. Wash and dry the bear garlic thoroughly. Add the grated cheese, pistachios, lemon zest, salt and olive oil. Mix everything well, season with honey, salt and pepper. 2. The pesto is great on pasta or toasted baguettes.
