800 g bean pods 1 pinch sea salt 200 g potatoes 1 pk white gelatin 1/2 KL veggie broth

1. Cut the washed and cleaned bean pods into smaller pieces and cook in lightly salted water over a low heat. 2. In the meantime, clean the potatoes, cut them, add salt and boil in a little water. 3. After 15-18 minutes, add the cooked bean pods to the potatoes. 4. Use gelatin to thicken and season with veggie broth.
