3 servings 0,25 kg beans 4 pieces of potatoes 1 tbsp marjoram 2 tbsp vinegar 1 piece of red chilli 2 pieces of red pepper 2 pcs. Onion 5 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp salt 3 tbsp oil Tomato for garnish 2 tbsp soy sauce
Recipe preparation steps
1 Fry the onion, garlic, marjoram and paprika in oil. 2 Then add the pre-soaked beans (about 6 hours in water with vinegar and salt), salt and soy sauce to taste and simmer for about 20 minutes. 3 Can be thickened with salt and flour or water. 4 Excellent on their own or with bread. Tastes good!.
