300 g red beans 3 tbsp oil 2 pcs onion 1 pinch ground hot red pepper 1 tbsp ground sweet paprika 2 tbsp plain flour 1 cube broth 100 ml water 2 cloves garlic a little black pepper 1 pinch marjoram a little salt
procedure

Rinse and pre-soak the beans with water so that they are submerged and cook them until almost tender

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, sprinkle in the ground pepper and flour, stir, pour in the water and stir again thoroughly.

Add it to the beans, then the bouillon cube, pressed garlic, pepper, marjoram, salt and simmer. If the stew is too thick, add water and let it boil.

Serve with bread or pastries.
