Boil the beans in the same water in which they were soaked. Before boiling, add the chopped potatoes and season with salt. Make a roux with the flour and lard, add the grated onion, fry, cover with water, bring to the boil and add to the beans. Finally, add the purée, season with salt and sugar and let it come to the boil.
