Bean soup with smoked meat

ingredients
beans colored smoked boneless neck beans 2 pcs carrots 2 pcs parsley 1 pcs kohlrabi 6 pcs potatoes 2 tbsp plain flour for thickening oil under the dressing ground red pepper ground black pepper marjoram vegeta or salt
Noodle ingredients
200 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk egg 50 ml water

Rinse the overnight soaked beans and cook them with the boneless smoked neck meat.I used pre-cooked smoked meat.Simmer for an hour or so,not even.

Cut the cleaned and washed Vegetable Recipes into smaller parts.

Place the Vegetable Recipes in the pot with the meat and beans and continue to cook for about 30 more minutes.

When the beans are already cooked, season them with garlic, black pepper, marjoram, red paprika, salt and vegeta and add more times, as smoked meats already contain salt.The only thing left to do is to make a roux of plain flour and oil.Pour the finished roux into the bean soup and cook for about 10 minutes.

From the above ingredients make the dough.

Roll out the dough and cut it into strips.Leave it to dry on the work surface.

When the dough has dried a little on one side and the other, cut it into noodles (slices)

Cook the slices in slightly salted water.You can add a little vegetable oil to the water.Taste the slices,drain them and rinse them under cold water.
