150 g dry beans 250 g sausage 1 pk onion 1 pk garlic cloves 1.5 litres water to taste parsley, salt

Pick the beans and soak for at least a day. Add the water in which they were soaked to 1,5 litres, add the chopped onion, garlic and sausage. Close the pot and cook for 25-30 minutes. Before serving, season the soup with salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
