Bean Soup

Indian soup made from beans, potatoes and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

400 g of pre-soaked colored beans 200 g potatoes 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp hot curry paste 1 tbsp ground chilli 2 tsp ground coriander 2 pcs celery stalks 2 pcs of cucumber 2 pcs of onion 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs green peppers 1.2 L of vegetable broth chopped cilantro sprigs for garnish salt

Procedure:

1. Heat oil in a pot, add peeled, finely chopped onion, peeled, diced potatoes, celery cut into smaller pieces and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly
2. Add the peeled, crushed garlic cloves, ground coriander, ground paprika, curry paste and stir-fry for another 1 minute
3. Pour in the broth, season with salt to taste, bring to the boil and cook under a lid over low heat for 25 minutes
4. Then add the swollen, drained beans, diced courgettes, cleaned peppers cut into smaller pieces and continue to cook under a lid for about 15 minutes until the Vegetable Recipes are soft
5. Separate about 2 ladles from the soup, blend them, return them to the soup and heat it to boiling point
6. Sprinkle the finished soup with chopped coriander and serve.
