300 g root Vegetable Recipes 200 g beans 150 g potatoes a little ground black pepper to taste salt 1 pk bay leaf a little oil to taste ground red pepper
procedure
1. Before the actual preparation, the beans should be soaked for a few hours in cold water to make them swell. Then drain the beans, put them in fresh cold unsalted water and cook until semi-soft. 2. Meanwhile, clean the root Vegetable Recipes, cut them into smaller cubes and fry them in oil. Sprinkle with salt, ground red pepper, pepper and add bay leaf. 3. Pour in water, add the pre-cooked beans and cook for about half an hour. Then add the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are tender.
