Bean-olive sauce with baked potatoes
ingredients
1 pk shallots 200 g olives 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp passionate tomatoes 1 dl olive juice 400 g sterilized red beans 1 tbsp solamyl 6 pk potatoes 1 tbsp caraway seeds pk salt
procedure
1. Fry the shallots in oil and add the halved olives. Sauté for 5 minutes and add 2 tbsp of passir tomatoes, beans, olive juice and simmer for 5 minutes covered. 2. Season with salt to taste and add 1 tbsp of salami to thicken the sauce. 3. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, season with salt, sprinkle with cumin, drizzle lightly with oil and bake in the oven until crispy (about 30 minutes, 220 degrees). 4. Put the potatoes on a plate and pour the sauce over them. Enjoy!
