Recipe for grilled sausage peppers and onions

This recipe is for a dish that can be either a main course or a side dish, consisting of grilled sausage, peppers, and onions. The sausage can be of any type that you prefer, and the peppers and onions can be of any varieties that you like as well..
1 pound sausage
1-2 peppers (depending on size), sliced
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Place sausages on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until cooked through.
Meanwhile, toss the peppers and onions with a little olive oil and salt and pepper.
Once the sausages are cooked, remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Place the peppers and onions on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are slightly charred and softened.
Serve the grilled sausage peppers and onions on a platter or individually.
You can serve this dish with some grilled bread and a side salad for a complete meal. Or, if you’re serving it as a side dish, it would go well with grilled chicken or steak
