This Mexican garlic wing recipe is perfect for your next party! It is easy to make and only requires a few ingredients. The wings are baked, not fried, so they are healthier than traditional wings. You can also use this recipe to make chicken thighs or drumsticks.
1 pound chicken wings
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken wings.
In a large baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with foil, place the chicken wings. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken wings are cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix together cilantro, lime juice and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Serve the chicken wings with the cilantro lime sauce.
