Bavarian Rolls

Beef roast patties coated with potato mixture, rolled into rolls and baked in foil until tender.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until tender, drain them, let them cool and cut them into cubes
2. Fry the diced smoked flank and finely chopped onion in hot oil, add the diced cucumbers, potatoes, a handful of finely chopped parsley, thicken with beaten egg and mix
3. Lightly pat the meat slices, season with salt and pepper, cover with the potato mixture, roll up, wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 170 °C until tender (about 90 minutes).
