Bavarian Onion Chicken

Chicken stewed on onion base with beer and simmered until tender.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. 1. Fry the peeled, finely chopped onions in hot fat, add the meat portions, pour about 150 ml of black beer and simmer slowly under a lid until tender
3. Remove the soft meat, stir the soaked chicken with the raisins into the fat and boil to a thick sauce
5. Return the chicken portions to the hot sauce and reheat.
Recommendation:
Serve with bread dumplings or boiled potatoes and vegetable salad.
