2 pcs cake wafers 250 g granulated sugar 250 g butter 250 g nuts 1 can Salko (400 g)

Unbaked wafer cuts.
1.
Place the sugar in a saucepan and melt it to caramel. Once it is melted and the colour of honey, add the salko, the butter cut into cubes and finally the chopped walnuts.

Stir over a medium heat to get a nice semi-thick mass. Spread the mixture onto the cake wafer, spread evenly and cover with the other wafer.
3.
Wrap and leave to cool. Slice the next day.
