Ingredients

Recipe preparation steps
1 Whisk the milk and the pudding powder together to make a thick pudding, while stirring continuously.Whisk the softened butter with the sugar and then fold in the cooled cream. 2 Beat the eggs and sugar until foamy. Add the cocoa and plain flour and mix lightly. Spread the dough on a lightly floured baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. 3 After baking, roll the cake into a roll and leave to cool. When cool, unroll and remove the baking paper. Brush the roll with the cream, arrange the bananas lengthwise and wrap tightly. 4 Brush the surface with the chocolate icing you have made from chocolate and sprinkle with coconut.
