Ingredients:
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces Nilla Wafers
3 to 4 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the condensed milk, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, whisking frequently, until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes, whisking constantly, until the mixture is thick and bubbly.
Remove the saucepan from the heat.
To assemble the pudding, layer the Nilla Wafers, bananas, and pudding in a glass bowl or individual cups. Repeat the layers until all of the ingredients are used up. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
This pudding can be served as is, or topped with whipped cream, bananas, or crumbled Nilla Wafers. It’s delicious any way you eat it!
