Unbaked Lotus cake

500 g Lotus biscuits 3 tbsp Lotus crunchy spread
Cream
250 g Mascarpone 2 tbsp icing sugar 200 ml whipping cream

A delicate dessert completely without baking…

Beat the mascarpone with the icing sugar and whipping cream to a smooth stiff cream.

Gently brush the tray with the cream , so that the biscuits do not slide and place the biscuits.

Side by side, spread the cream on the biscuits and layer. I put 4 layers of biscuits- I used 1.5 packets.

Finish the top with cream. In a jar, mix 3 tbsp Lotus crunchy spread, if it’s very stiff you can heat it in the microwave for a few seconds. Drizzle the crunchy spread over the cake and garnish with the crackers.

Leave to soften and serve. Enjoy!

Very important step: don’t open the spread before using, because you are guaranteed to eat half of it, just like that, with a spoon 🙂
