Roasted broccoli with artichokes

Broccoli, like artichokes, is our favorite healthy food. Roasted, they taste delicious and are perfect for a quick dinner, as well as for lunch, on a normal day or for holidays, such as New Year’s Eve. 1. Brush the baking tin with olive oil. Sprinkle it with a little flour and place the steamed broccoli and canned artichokes in it, dividing them into smaller pieces. 2. In a mug, mix the cooking cream with the eggs, add the Solamyl, vegeta, salt and pepper and pour over the prepared vegetable mixture. 3. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
