Mini cherry tomato and cheese quiches with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for Mini Cherry Tomato and Cheese Quiches in Thermomix, tasty quiches that are easy and simple to make, to serve as an appetizer or main course.
Ingredients:
1 puff pastry (Thermomix recipe) 9 cherry tomatoes 2 eggs 200 g whole milk 50 g liquid cream 20 g flour 15 g butter 100 g Gruyere cheese 30 g Parmesan cheese 5 g olive oil salt, pepper
Preparation:
Spread the puff pastry in 6 mini quiche molds then prick it with a fork.
Bake it blank for 10 minutes at 180°C, then set aside.
Put in the bowl of the thermomix the gruyere and parmesan then mix 10 seconds at speed 10, set aside.
Without washing the bowl put the milk, cream, flour, butter, oil, salt and pepper then set 6 minutes at 100° at speed 4.
Then add the eggs and grated cheeses and mix for 10 seconds at speed 3.
Pour the preparation into the molds and then arrange the cherry tomatoes cut in 2 and sprinkle with oregano.
Then put your cherry tomato and cheese minisquiches in the oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
