Salty dessert from India. Served hot, flavoured with, for example, garlic rubbed with salt.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Make a soft dough with flour, salt and water, cut it into small pieces and roll them out into thin patties
2. Heat oil, dip the patties in it one by one and hold them near the bottom, when they puff up, turn them over and finish baking on both sides
3. Serve the pancakes hot and rub them with garlic and salt.
