3 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 1/2 pk leek 500 g carrot 1 pk potato 3 pk ginger 2 tsp ground turmeric 1 liter clear broth pk black pepper 1 tbsp brown sugar 1/2 pk lemon juice

Carrot cream with a touch of exotic.

Heat oil in a saucepan and add onion and leek and saute together for a few minutes.

Add the sliced carrots, along with one diced potato.
3.
Dust with brown sugar and allow to caramelize.
4.
Add the ground turmeric and black pepper and mix.
5.
Pour the broth over the Vegetable Recipes so that they are covered.
6.
Add ginger slices.
7.
Cook for 20 minutes, or until Vegetable Recipes are tender.
8.
Remove the ginger slices and blend the soup into a cream. Add stock as needed.
9.
Finally, add the juice of half a lemon and stir.
10.
Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
