400 g plain flour 1 pk palmarin 150 g powdered sugar 1 pk vanillin sugar 1/2 packet baking powder 1 tbsp cocoa powder 2 pk goldfish
Filling
750 g soft cottage cheese 150 g caster sugar 1 packet vanillin sugar 1/2 tsp solamyl 3 pcs plums 5 pcs egg whites

This classic cake will never go out of fashion.
1.
Knead all the ingredients (for the dough )into a dough, divide into 2 equal parts and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Beat the ingredients for the curd filling well (except the egg whites).Beat the egg whites separately and lightly fold them into the curd mixture.
3.
Prepare a large greased and floured baking tray (30×40). Using a coarse grater, grate one half of the dough evenly across the baking sheet. Spread the cheesecake filling and repeat with the other half of the dough. Bake at 190°C for about 30 minutes.
