How to make 3 quick spreads from one base:
Beat the butter until foamy. Add cottage cheese, salt and ground black pepper and whisk together.
Divide the mixture into 3 equal parts.
Next, chop the spring onions, dill and chives into smaller pieces.
First, prepare the herb spread. Place one part of the cottage cheese base in a large bowl. Add the chopped spring onions, dill and chives (save some of the spring onions and dill for the tuna spread). Next, add one clove of crushed garlic, a tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, black pepper and cumin. Mix everything by hand.
Make a pumpkin oil spread. In a larger bowl, put the second part of the cottage cheese base. Add salt, pepper, cumin, a tablespoon of lemon juice and pumpkin seed oil. Mix everything again by hand.
Last is the tuna spread. Mix the last (third) part of the cottage cheese base, tuna, one crushed garlic clove, a tablespoon of lemon juice, the rest of the dill and spring onions, salt, black pepper and cumin. Mix everything thoroughly by hand.
