300 g wheat 1/2 litre milk a little water a little salt to taste sugar 80 g butter 200 g prunes to taste cinnamon sugar
procedure
1. Put the shaken and washed wheat into salted and sweetened water. Later, add the milk and cook the porridge. 2. Stir half of the butter into the warm porridge. Spread half of the porridge on a buttered baking tray. 3. Place the washed and drained plums on top of the porridge. Spread the other half of the porridge over the plums and bake. 4. During baking, brush the mash with butter. Once baked, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
