Procedure:
1. Arrange the tuna slices in a fireproof baking dish greased with oil and pour the cognac, soy sauce, sprinkle with sugar and salt
2. Place the lemon slices on top of the fish, stripped of their peel
3. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 200 °C, as soon as the juice starts to boil, turn the lemon slices over
4. Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
Recommendation:
Serve the tuna slices baked in this way with boiled rice and vegetable salad.
